Q: What Should I Wear?

Ideally, loose clothing is best. For example, what you might wear to a workout or yoga class. Q: If I Haven't Eaten Can I Come to Acupuncture?

This is not recommended as acupuncture speeds up metabolic processes. At the very least a light snack is required.

Q: Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

Yes. Cancellation is required 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
